The location of the hotel is excellent; it is within walking distance to some shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel is close to the train station and easy to find using the sky train from the airport. The rooms are clean, and some even have fantastic showers.
Some rooms might be small for two persons, and the bed could be too hard for some guests.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, being close to the train station and with easy access to Narita airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, with a cozy bed and reliable wifi. Additionally, the breakfast had a good variety, catering to both Western and local tastes.
Everything was fine and nothing stood out as needing improvement.

Conveniently located near Ueno train station. Spacious and clean rooms equipped with a mini-fridge, safe, and AC unit. Amenities include a lobby with hot water, water & matcha dispensers, and vending machines. Friendly and English-speaking staff who can store luggage after check-out. Great value for the price.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the train station , made transportation easy. There are also 24-hour convenience stores nearby. The staff was friendly, making my stay even better. the hotel was clean and had all the facilities I needed.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, made for a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our romantic escape enjoyable. We were kinda surprised by the staff's fluent language abilities; they spoke English, Korean, and Chinese, made communication much easier.
The location of the hotel was further away from the train station than we had expected, making it a bit inconvenient for exploring the city. the room was small, especially if you have multiple large luggage cases.

Great location near Ueno Station and plenty of cheap eating options around. The room was small butnice and neat with good air conditioning. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay in Tokyo.
